The Hangout Music Festival provides ADA accessible parking, entrances, restrooms, viewing and seating. Seating in the ADA Viewing area is limited and one companion may accompany each ADA patron. For more info on accessibility at Hangout Fest please click here or email email@example.com.
The Hangout offers a pre-paid shuttle service to the festival each day from various locations throughout the area. Parking near the festival is extremely limited. Seriously, keep your car parked and let us do the driving.
The Hangout Music Festival has a zero tolerance policy for all illegal activities. Drug use is ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED and all city and state laws will be enforced inside the festival. Underage drinking will not be tolerated. You must be 21 or older to drink alcohol.

Yes, we now offer an EZ Pay plan for your wristband to the Festival! The payment plan option can be selected during the checkout process until February 12, 2016.
Wristbands will ship to ticket buyers in April 2016. Orders unable to be delivered will be available for pickup at will call. A photo ID and the credit card used for purchase are required for Will Call pickup. Wristbands for International orders will not be shipped. Instead, they can be picked up at Will Call.
Yes! We highly encourage you to purchase a shuttle ticket in advance even if you don’t know where you’re staying yet. With our new ride any line, anytime shuttle pass, you won’t have to worry about choosing a specific shuttle line.
Most people who attend the Hangout Music Festival rent a condo or beach house instead of reserving a hotel room.
Condos and houses are often more affordable than hotels because they have multiple bedrooms and you can split the price with friends.
Condos and houses have fully equipped kitchens so you can stock the fridge and freezer with groceries, snacks or cold refreshments. And you can pack less in your suitcase most condos are equipped with a washer and dryer.

No, Camp Hangout is not an overnight camping experience. Stop by during the festival for fun and games.

* Guidelines for CamelBakstyle hydration systems: Although CamelBakstyle water bladder systems are allowed EMPTY into the venue, the water bladders themselves must be capable of being removed from the carrier and must be transparent enough to allow security to visually inspect the empty bladder. Additionally, CamelBakstyle bladder carriers must have no more than two main compartments and one small compartment. Any CamelBakstyle water bladder that cannot be removed from the carrier and/or is opaque enough to prevent visual inspection, and any CamelBakstyle bladder carriers larger than the permitted size will not be allowed into the venue.
**Guidelines for prescription and OTC medications: Prescription medications are allowed only in the original prescription bottle, any persons attempting to bring in perscription medication must have government issued photo identification card that matches the name printed on the prescription, and the pills in the bottle must match the description printed on the prescription. Over-the-counter medications are allowed in provided that they are new and in the original, factory-sealed container.

The following conditions are for guests entering the venue.
Heatstroke is not cool. Drink lots of water. Free water fountains and filling stations will be located throughout the Festival. Cool off (and freshen up) at the misting areas on site. Each ticket holder is allowed to bring one (1) empty nonglass water container.
We encourage attendees not to bring backpacks. If you are bringing a pack, please make sure it is small (no larger than 20 x 15 x 13). All bags will be thoroughly checked. There will be an express entrance line for fans that come without backpacks. We apologize for any delays or inconvenience but your safety is our primary concern.
Yes! The Hangout offers personal locker rentals so you can free up your hands without worrying about losing anything in the sand. Click here for more info and to reserve your locker in advance.
Reasonably priced food (including vegetarian/vegan options) and drinks will be available onsite. More information about the food vendors and options will be released prior to the Festival. No outside food or beverages are allowed
Wristbands cannot be removed and must be worn all three days for entry into the Festival.
Please don’t remove, stretch or tamper with your wristband in any way or you will be denied entry (and that will make us sad).
Wristbands are nontransferable, nonexchangeable and cannot be replaced.

Each year hundreds of our amazing fans get tricked into buying a wristband or print at home tickets from Craigslist, eBay, or a ticket broker site. Unfortunately, many of these are already used or are counterfeits. Only tickets purchased from Elevate ticketing are considered valid purchases. Your attempt to save cash will probably cost you more money, a lot of trouble and ultimately will keep you from attending the Festival.
And remember, some sneaky people might even try to sell their wristbands to you. However, removal of or tampering with wristband automatically voids it. We check every wristband to make sure it has not been tampered with or removed. You will be caught and you will be escorted directly from the Festival.
There will be a number of ATMs located throughout the Festival.
Due to safety concerns we have an enforced 500 ft NO BOATING ZONE off the Hangout site. However there are miles of beautiful open waters around the site for your boating pleasure.

We make every effort to create a safe environment at the Festival. To ensure this, we have security and medical staff working throughout the Festival. If you're experiencing any problems whatsoever, locate a festival staff member, security guard, or police officer.
